When I make my forums or websites, I make sure when I set Moderaters & Administrators I don't give them all the power. Like banning of Ip's, Emails, Username without telling me about it or asking me first. I also set them to the forum that they post in alot because then they will be moderating that forum more than anything. You wanna set them to a forum they like and are good at posting in.

Never make anyone an admin unless you trust them 100%!
